FULL LED headlights for the Ford Ranger T7-T8 from 2015+ and all Facelift models and Raptor.

The full LED headlights have a black housing with clear glass optics, 3 LED projector lenses each to project the legally required light pattern, daytime running light in F150 style optics as a horizontal U, when the low beam or parking light is switched on, the daytime running light becomes a parking light. An orange sidemarker is installed on the side, the flashing function is a sequential running flasher in the upper part of the light. Low beam and high beam are realised by the LED behind the projectors, the high beam has a ref. value of 20.

Assembly : 

The headlights are exchanged 1:1 with the stock lights and bolted to the original 4 mounting points. No changes or adjustments of a mechanical nature are necessary. The headlamp levelling is done as usual electrically via the switch. The standard wiring harness with plug is fully used, in addition a positive wire must be laid for the TFL, this cable set is included in the scope of delivery and can be plugged in plug and play.

After replacement, the light values in the control unit must be adjusted via UCDS for T7 & T8 models with halogen or bi-xenon series headlights, otherwise failures, shutdowns via the Canbus system or flickering may occur.

E-approval

The headlights have received a European E-approval E9 according to ECE112, this is supplied as a printout with the lights and is printed on the headlights in the type plate. This means that these headlights are approved and legal in the entire EU without registration!
