The Constant Load suspension starts to work where others have long since given up. The performance springs on the front axle also offer sufficient reserve, e.g. for a winch or a modified bumper. At the same time, they offer the driver comfortable handling and guarantee good articulation off-road.

The Foamcell shock absorber from Ironman4x4 offers modern Foamcell technology at a fair price. Without gas filling, and with up to half a liter of Kayaba oil, the Foamcell damper offers comfortable compression and rebound damping for use on and off the road thanks to its valving, which is perfectly adapted to the respective kit.

Suspension lift with ABE

Genesis Import is proud to be able to offer an ABE, a genuine "General Operating Permit", for the Australian suspension systems from Ironman4x4 for over 13 current models. This ABE, issued by the Federal Motor Transport Authority, is a step into the future. While material certificates and parts certificates only assess the manufacturing process and the material of a part, an ABE requires many test processes to be carried out, which ultimately guarantee smooth and safe functioning in the vehicle. Driving tests, load tests and even an impact and collision test are on the program. In the end, only high-quality spare parts receive the coveted rating of officially approved type approval, which is just as valid as the parts that were originally fitted to the vehicle. In addition to the high quality standard, an ABE naturally has other advantages. The genuine general operating permit is registration-free - this means that the Ironman 4x4 suspension only has to be installed and does not have to be approved by a testing organization! As the ABE is valid for a specific vehicle and is the same as the original suspension, there are no problems with the manufacturer's warranty on new vehicles. Simple parts certificates can lead to costly problems.
