FLIPT pickup-bed organizer

Flipt is a folding cargo area organizer for many pickup trucks. It is used to extend or divide the cargo area and is quickly removable when needed. It is the perfect addition to any cargo area cover.

When folded in, it divides the loading area into two parts and prevents the load from sliding over the entire surface when driving, for example. On vehicles with a closed load compartment cover, you have easy access to goods stored in the rear area when the tailgate is open, as they can no longer slide forward to the driver's cab. A great gain in comfort.

If the transport of bicycles, motorcycles, quads or large objects such as tree cuttings requires driving with the tailgate open, Flipt offers a safeguard against objects stored on the loading area falling out. Heavy objects should of course be lashed to the pickup's lashing eyes. Flipt is lashed to the tailgate via a strap to prevent movement during the journey.

Standing upright and braced, Flipt can be used as a rear cross member for transporting long items such as canoes when the tailgate is closed.

Flipt can be loaded with up to 100 kg. When extended, it can be used as a simple seat or table.

MATERIALS

Flipt's three width-adjustable stirrups are made of an oval aluminum profile specially manufactured for Flipt. The shape makes it extra sturdy and the scratch-resistant powder coating makes it look beautiful. Brackets and connectors are made of highly durable and UV resistant polypropylene. Moving parts are made of a nylon with 15% fiberglass content. This significantly reduces wear and requires no grease lubrication.

Flipt is designed for outdoor use in wind and weather. The selected materials ensure a long service life.

The total weight is approximately 6 kg.

ASSEMBLY

Flipt is delivered in separate parts. For the assembly of the nylon brackets, six 5 mm holes must be drilled on the loading surface. A drilling template for this is supplied. The brackets are fastened with rivets. On some vehicle models, the brackets are mounted on l-shaped stainless steel reinforcement plates for stiffening. In this case, a total of 10 holes must be drilled.
